I recently realised that we have been charged $7.00 per rip-off, per month for a service I would never knowingly have signed up for.
Since this is a non-profit, and a business, and for retarded individuals, it is completely inappropriate, etc. For us to use anything remotely like that.
I have to go through my records to see how long they have been charging us but it is at least 6 months.
