Truly Madly Deeply poor product quality and service

I ordered my bomboniere from trulymadlydeeply.com.Au and it was an awful experience. I ordered Round White Jewel Boxes and Sugar Coated Almonds. The jewel boxes arrived in individual dusty boxes, and the small ornament on top of the jewel box had fallen off that I have to glue them back myself. The sugar almond nuts taste old and the almonds are stale.

I contacted the customer service and rung me back to say that it was my fault that the almonds got stale! I had missed my delivery that I have to pick it up to the post office after 2 days of delivery. Candies or nuts doesn't get old or stale in 2 days!

They refuse to accept back the almonds and refuse to issue me a refund. I cannot serve those almonds to my guest so I have to throw them and waste my money.

Warning, do not order from this site. Very poor quality of products and services.
