Ended support 14 days prior to visit. Arrived anyway. Having kitchen renovated and was not house, workmen allow them in. Charged $60. Named and sales stated they'd look after it. Received 2nd bill. Named supervisor 2x. No-return phone. Published letter. No solution. Converted into selection. Really unprofessional and shady to complete business in this way. Plus they did not eliminate the bugs!
