Unauthorized deduction freom my checking account

I've only tested my stability from my bank account. And t my wonder there is an unauthorized reduction of $9.95 out-of my consideration which overdrew my acount another $35.00. I'm livid. I've attempted to get hold of the organization to credit my bill back the 9.95 as well as the overderaft.
