I am a victim of one of the apparent largest and most deceptive publishing scams in U.S. History. I signed a seven year contract, and if I had one penny for every time they have tried to sell my book to me I may not have believed myself to be a writer at all.
What insults me also is the fact that I am a better writer than they are publisher! I have wasted so much precious time while being robbed by a bunch of unknown bottom feeders. I have evidence that I can not list in this grievance forum, but I can shut them down.
Since Publish America has been made aware that I am taking legal action against them I have received threats via email from them; However I have filed a document with proper officials to not only protect myself, but ensure continuence of my suit action with or without me.
Since Publish America Has realized I have discovered exactly what technique they use to steal royalties from minorities and newly published authors I have been bambarded with many emails except any offer of monetary reciprocation.
I welcome anyone with legal expertise, or victims needing to join in class action proceedings...
