I bought a new (discontinued) Volkl racquet from Tennis Spot for $280. When I took the cover off of the grip, the surface of the grip came off. After making a polite request for him to send me a $5 replacement grip, he sent me his Terms and Conditions and said it was not his responsibility. They need to read a book on customer service. Steer clear of Tennis Spot and take your business to somone who cares about customer loyalty.
