I have worked in this business for a few years now and finally got the ropes of how it all works. I use to model for Premiere Promotions out of Houston, Texas and then began using other agencies. While being represented by Premiere Promotions I would get booked for the same jobs from other agencies and the price they were paying was so much more than the Premiere Promotions job was, so I started to ask questions. The legitimate agents were very honest with me and told me that the client would pay $150 an hour and then you would have to minus the 25% agency fee which is understandable. Come to find out that the owner of Premier Promotions would tell you that it was $75 an hour and then take 25% on top of that. I think its pathetic how someone like her would take advantage of models who didn't know how it worked. I would like everyone to know that there are other agencies out there that are legitimate and honest and you don't have to go to her. I bet you if the IRS went through her books they would find quite a few fraudulent transactions. Beware people she is a scam artist~!
