This individual, Yair Knafo, has a child with a woman living in Santa Cruz, CA and is currently under investigation by the CA OCSE. He refuses to provide his whereabouts, and refuses to take responsibility for the child support due to the mother of his child. Anyone with any information as to whereabouts that the CA Office of Child Support Enforcement can use to locate this individual and enforce the law would be more than appreciated. Here is an email to the mother of his daughter as evidence of his intentions:
Hey Lita! Sorry I didn't called... Right now I live in Colombia it's really fun over here. I am sorry to here that you don't have money!
But I like to forget some staff and enjoy been here..! You trying to contact me for money... I think that your boyfriend can help you with diapers... I need to think on some staff and to see how I want to live with that... Anyway I wish you and mya the best!
