I ordered two woman's coats from this company. When I finally received the coats one was too small and the second coat was a man's coat. When I sent the company an email on how to return the coats I was told that I could not return and the would send me a 15.00 coupon for my next purchase. When I refused that and stated again that I wanted to return the coats and receive a refund I was then told that I would have to send this company 50.00 to receive the return mailing address and then have to pay another 50.00 for return shipping. This is so illegal! Now the company won;t even respond to email and there is no phone number or address on the website. Can any one help with this matter?
