Dave Gershen of Washington DC and Maryland, Contracted me to design WebSite, Never paid me a single penny. He outright Refused to pay me after many promises. Emails have been retained from Dave with confirmation of this debt.
My experience with Dave in the beginning was that he was friendly, he was a fun guy to hang out with, and he won my trust. He is extremely clever, to say the very least.
Get it in writing folks! This is a very slippery one!
