I requested Levolor 54" metal shades through Homedepot February. The arrived damaged. The issue was apparent in my experience, the headrail was large and there is no packaging product to safeguard the very first few panels. It pressed from the cording, which left thoughts ie, dents down the panels. There is no packaging to safeguard the panels from denting from the catch where the wand gets connected. Up to now, there has been (four) remakes on my purchase and also the outcomes have now been exactly the same - ruined. I actually approached their Customer Support Department Boss and he assured me they'd deliver it by atmosphere and pack it differently. I suspected I had been simply "yessed" and we will abandon it at that. About the forth and last endeavor, Homedepot created connection with Levolor and described, once more, that extra packaging product needed to be included to prevent harm in transportation. Well, after awaiting my re make 30 days, I received the shades. Obviously, these were broken. Actually, these were loaded much more inferiorly, free within the container. I'm so accomplished. Their guarantees are vacant. Levolor doesn't have problem with losing assets, especially mine. Time: all of the excursions to come back problems, telephone calls, price of operating my vehicle, the main one-month produce time between each purchase (four weeks whole time waiting), and of course the stress.
