Craig condor deliverying food to community asking for donations. But a business. Not reporting to irs

Kevin conder and lee his lover are running a food service business from there home. They are using the word donations to avoid paying taxes. On there menu's. I have one of them. The first menu went out with price on it but then changed to donations.
