Charged 99.49 to my bank account without my authorization dallas

I wanted a payday loan and went through my cash usa and they had offered me a platinum online service and i told them i was not interested and found out they charged my bank account anyways. I am now trying to get the bank to reverse the charge or credit my account and i have 2 claims with them. I am so upset because i needed that money to pay my bills. Thank God it wasnt more.
