I obtained the notice that advised my ESCO (Energy Company) is likely to be transformed from EXenergy to Ambit Ny LLC efficient 12/01/10.
I've never recognized Ambit Ny LLC before, and undoubtedly, used to do not create any agreement Having A.D.B. LLC.
Therefore, I named my power delievery organization, that will be National Grid, after which, transformed my ESCO back again to National Grid.
On Dec/14/10 I obtained a notice that needs early termination charge of $150.00 from EXenergy.
Our Agreement began Jan. 2009 and salesperson described, in those days, that early termination charge could be modified easily stop the support inside a year.
I called the organization to claim about this. Plus they responded that my agreement have been expanded instantly for another year since I didn't contact the organization in a few time. The owner stated that automatical expansion of agreement was educated in the welcomeing notice.
