My son in Afghanistan has put my home phone on his cell phone acct, bought the equipment (router) and pays the monthly fees. The router, the computer, or thwe website has a problem that prevents me from using the phone at all, for anything. This has been more and more frequent and frustrating as it just keeps growing. Average time on a different phone to clear the problem and have it working again is around 45 mins. It has become a daily occurrence. I can bareky send emails, so I have to wait until my wife comes in from work, and she's wasting an hour a day. Each time when we finally get some cheerful little TI guy to fix it, we're okay again-UNTIL THE NEXT DAY, when the process begins all over again. If they can't make this thing work, why are they allowed to keep selling it? Where oh where is my CONSUMER CZAR? We've had about all we're going to from T-Mobile and are in process of dropping it from his account.
