This merchant service ripped my company off and continues to do so

In August I was in search of a merchant service for my business. I found ics integrated card service online and decided to enter a brief application to begin the process of being approved. About a week later I received a point of sales machine, for reference this is a credit card processing machine that one would use to enter a credit card payment by swiping a customers credit card. Hu... Odd, because I own an Internet based company and needed a way to have my clients pay online.

I called for weeks and finally got a guy to look into it... Or so I thought. He promised he would fix it and never did. Then a few weeks latter I called again, this time the guy I had been in talks with had apparently been fired, and I was happy happy happy, now aarron goodman was helping me, little did I know he's just as incompetent as the guy they fired.

They charged me every month for 3 months for this service that I spent forever to get changed to the service that I needed to accept payments online. Then the roof caved in... This morning I woke up to my wells Fargo account update and WOW! Two 350$ charges from this company labeled cancelled I payment... Hu? 700$ I am livid and then I find that the company I had chosen to handle my money doesn't even open on the weekend, no customer service Nothing. I cancelled this account about two weeks ago and Bam 700$. AMAZING!

Do not use this company, they are after your money!
