Ex-banker is preying on his old clients who are mostly elderly and uninformed. He presents himself as an expert in Exit Strategies and Business Valuation and is neither. He is a Business Broker in disguise. The goal is to collect a big retainer for the valuation and the list the business for sale. He dramatically over-values the business to make the client happy and he's got his upfront fee. They create their "exit strategy" based on an artificial number. He has never sold a business yet pretends to be an expert. We know of cases of breach, fraud, malpractice, etc.
