They don't pay

I recently received a promo form this people & started filling there surveys.
After accumulating over $150 dollars they post only $16 as approved.
There payment policy says that they wont pay unless you have a balance over $50
so THAT'S THE TRICK.

But listen to this:
One of the surveys was for EQUIFAX, so they ask for my credit card info so they can check my identity, guest what, EQUIFAX charged me $14.95, yes and now I need to wait until they cancel my subscription.

People from equifax told me that they cant do anything, i need to contact panda research, but panda research never answer not even there emails.
