I have been a Macy's charge customer for more than 12 years in excellent standing. I received a Premier Visa account with a 10,000.00 which I used. A few months after using the card my limit was decreased to 1,000.00 although my balance was more. When I called to inquire they stated there was an error and the representative was extremely rude.
Approximately 1 year later my account was closed with out an explanation. My payments are on time and the amount paid is always more than the required payment when inquiring about the company's action the representatives are rude and condesending.
My revolving charge at Macy's has not been affected but it is very offensive when a company takes action but has no responsibility to the consumer for decisions and no accountability for communication with the consumer.
