I am an avid property investor, and managed to steer clear of MRI, and their lawyers, financial advisers, furniture people etc. Unfortunately one of my friends was caught out in Bulgaria.
They tried to post this story on the MRI-SG website, and was denied as one of the moderators was friends with whom she was reporting.
I myself was caught out by Nigel and Margaret 'Mags' Andrews. Fortunately I only paid a small reservation deposit. The link below tells the story:

The reason for my posting is simple - the MRI-SG is against the few people at the top of the tree, granted they stole the most but they are a few individuals. The net is much larger. Think of the people that were on the front line. The gophers that drove all the victims around professing to be property experts, and working for a multinational. Lying about rentals, and guestimated future values. The very sales people on the ground were party to this as well. They were taught how to bully and hard sell - they showed no remorse, chasing the almighty dollar. They were provided nice cars and offices to operate from, to line the pockets of their superiors - no doubt thinking they were impressing them. Everyone that worked there were to blame, the sales people, the after sales people, the exhibition people, in addition to the directors.
Now, Nigel and 'Mags' Andrews took Nigel's experience at MRI and ran their own scam, along similar lines to a certain furniture one. Had any action against mri been successful, potentially the other employees would have been named, and would have helped people avoid being conned again (a la Nigel Andrews).
All I ask is that people be very wary, the very leeches that worked for DM are now operating much smaller operations, they are trained to be sincere and believable. To have a 'genuine' story (sales pitch). Remember they are just after your money - they saw DM make it and thought now it is my turn. If they were not greedy, have no morals or the intelligence to understand what they are doing is wrong then they would not have 'worked' for companies such as MRI.
Mr friend E* (Bulgaria buyer) has established that the following individuals are operating in Bulgaria still
Vince Reavies a convicted felon (charged in the USA, and subsequently unable to return) RE gun and drugs charges. E* cannot remember the company he is working for.
Neil of LN Group Management ex employee of MRI Bulgaria is still operating there - not content with running a con there already he has stayed on to carry on his own one.
E* is sure there are many others but she wanted to get this started - spread the word, if someone knows of ex mri stooges still working advise here and make a list. Lets try to stop another Nigel Andrews conning more people (to take over 1,000, 000 after all the press about property scams, shows there are plenty more people falling for the seemingly honest genuine blags)
I hope this helps, maybe one day ALL the people accountable will be given the treatment they deserve, and the pain and anguish caused will be inflicted back on them.
