COMPLAINT REGARDING MOBILE STATION, 2800 East Lincoln Avenue

On May 5th, I had a flat tire. Being that I live right around the corner, I stopped by and asked how much to plug tire. They told me $20/$25. I said, in a nice tone, I'll put air in the tire and see if my friend can fix it. The man sounded irritated but said ok. I put air in the tire but it would not hold. So I reversed my vehicle and asked him to fix. He said, 'No, I'm closed'! It was 4:30 PM. He and another man proceeded to laugh and tell me to go. I then told him, 'You gotta be kidding me'? He said, no, go! I said, 'you're a class act'! He then raised his voice and said something in Arabic. I said 'unbelievable, what a class act'! I had to drive 4 miles at 2 mph to get fixed. 1 1/2 hours later, I drove by, they were still open! Like I said, 'Unbelievable'!!! I would like to contact corporate and let them know what type of person is running the shop. The worse part is that I was respectful, I went back and acknowledged that I needed help and he and the other 'idiot' had the audacity to say that they were closed and LAUGHED!!!
