1985-1986 (one year) I spent at DC Jail with CO Proctor doing count
My release date 2-6-1986 was 2 weeks late because Proctor was suicidal
Ted Hagans (deceased) was rich and he thought Hagans left me money

They forced me from S3 (mental) to SE1 after the 2 weeks had arrived and
Proctor busted me in my head because I didn't want him - I went to the hospital for
A minute and SE1 and stayed on lock (on purpose) until release day
