I have found a serious scam artist on the internet. She has multiple emails and aliases and has been scamming people out of 1000's of dollars. I have printed all the information I have found on her and can provide it upon request.
Suspect has been known to call herself, Felicia Nichole Cline.

My friend tried to purchase an Xbox and two games for 275.00. She found her shady history and tried to get a refund with paypal. Suspect then escalated the transaction as a claim, she told paypal that my friend owed her that money and was now trying to get it back, claiming they got into a dispute, regarding the money. The paypal account was not in her name. It was used with patrick cline and later changed to hunnybuns bowtique. Finally, after many days, paypal refunded my friends money, after becoming aware of the suspects name and information. When my friend told her she was going to turn her in, her reply was:
"What address do you have then??? A bluefield address? I don't live there, actually if you dig deep enough you will find about 6 addresses that lead to me, there is ones wv & va. I receive mail at all of them, & none are outside a home that i lay my head down at night. Thanks!"
When told the information could be found, she replied"
"I'm sure you dont have my ss# or phone # so how can you find out. Like i said all the info you have leads to nowhere where i am!!!"
When she became aware she was being turned, she emailed:
"Well all i ask of you is will you please get on the thread & give them my email which im sure they know & tell them i will resolve this if they stop everything, i will refund everyone, i have a list of the email's of the people that were on there who bought things, i will refund their money to them if they stop all this."

I know i have done wrong & i am really sorry, i don't know what i was thinking. I admit to the all the stuff i have done & i wish i could change it someway somehow. I am refunding everyone their money as quickly as possible. I hope someway somehow you all can not press charges on me, because i do not want to go to jail, i know i deserve it, but if i refund your all's money and not get on here anymore & not try to sell things then i should be given a chance. I have already contacted a lawyer and an attorney & have been talking with them, they are the one's who actually told me to try this method in resolving this with you all. I know all of you all didn't deserve none of this and are all great people, i have lived a crazy life and was in an abusive home, everyone around here know's that, i am not sure as to what caused me to do this stuff, because i have never stole or tryed to steal from nobody in my whole life. I have never even got a speeding ticket, my record is clean, i am still trying to figure out as to why i would do something this bad. But i have been getting messages from Suzy about me going to jail & that she has all the information she need's and that i am gone, i have sent her several messages as well & i know she will recieve this as well. I know she is doing what is right but i am asking you all for a chance at life basically because that's what i wouldn't have if i do get arrested. I will get everyone's money back to them someway somehow either via paypal or if i have to send you cash. It may not be asap as in the next hour but you will get it i am almost willing to write a paper & get it notarized saying i will & if not press charges but i know that's not possible to do & get it to you all. I know i am going to get several responses to this calling me everything in the book & then some, but i understand if i do & i know i deserve it."
