Johnny Bradshaw. Bradshaw construction hired me for a job and broke the law by hiring me without license and then did not pay me for work done

Johnny Bradshaw from Bradshaw construction is a crook. He hired me to paint a house and do drywall work were he bidded demention reality 5,000.00 and said he would pay me 2,000.00 I finished the work and he refuse s to pay.
