Lee's advertises Ballantines 1/75L scotch at $19.95 but they refuse to put the item on the shelf. There are POS signs, the item is on their website, it is in their print ad. We have made at least 4 trips to make a purchase since 6/22 (today is 7/1 and they are still out of stock). They will not offer a substitute item/value. They will not tell us which stores DO have the item in stock. They will not offer a raincheck.
