They need to go underground like on the tv show to learn the workings of their store

I had a need to include moments to my phone-card and requested of a marketing that I noticed about the AT&t-line. No body had any thought how to proceed. Many affiliates including division heads may help. Lastly Shevan in Customer Support required the full time, created some calls and first got it solved. I believe at the very least administration must advise sales employees at what's happening. They have to move undercover like about the television show to understand the functions of the shop.
