Ad Cart Shady Sales Tactics and Customer No Service

Non existent customer service from the VP on down, Shady sales tactics, and unscurpulous billing practices. Run, don't walk, away from this company!

I signed a contract for ads in 20% of the front and 20% of the back of the shopping carts at the Pick'n'Save on Green Bay Rd. The ad was to start approximately April 15th. As of today 6/6 I have only 10% of front and back, the install was 3 weeks late, and the front side ad is supposed to be next to a store aisle listing; it's next to another ad AND they started billing me in February!

The main reason I decided to run these ads was becasue they were supposed to coincide w / a store reset so people would be looking at the asile directory. This was the sales reps opening line when she called and when we met in person. What a bunch of bull, because when I complained all I got were excuses and "we can't promise installation dates". If you can't promise them, then why would you use them as a key benefit and selling point in your presentation!

I went to the store on 4/20 and 4/27 no ads. I called "Customer Service" on several occasions and left messages. I finally received a call that one of the printers broke, hence the delay. 5/10 install was to be completed so I stopped by the store the installer had instructions and ads for only 10% of front and 10% of back and no directory in the front, just another ad.

I called my Sales rep, and spoke w / her supervisor, he escalated me to Todd Tubeck, the VP. Todd promised me he'dcall me back on 5/11 by 2pm with more info so he could try to resolve my complaint. I'm still waiting to hear from him. I've left numerous messages.

Now I'm receiving past due notices and calls from attorneys who do their "billing" who are arrogany, rude and can't give me any answers either.

No one has tried to resolve this in a timely manner, all I get are excuses/lies i.E. The printer broke, the laminator broke, the office moved. These were excuses given to me by 3 seperate people as to why the ads were late. So which one is it?

What a horrible experience.
