Dale Snyder is a realtor not to be trusted. He told one of my friends that he would short sell all of his houses for him. All he did was list the houses, spent zero time and zero money to do any marketing and had an assistant do all the work for him. My friend lost a lot of his houses to foreclosure because Snyder had no idea what was going on. Snyder is so bad at preventing foreclosures, he lost his own residence to a foreclosure sale, although he doesn't tell anyone about that. He uses a loan officer Lucy Rivera that forges documents from different banks to try to get loans approved. His managers don't do anything about it. Again, if you ever get asked to list your house with Dale Snyder, don't do it. All he cares about is money and could care less about whether you lose your home or not...
