Personally researched and filed with the highly unethical, incompetent, anti-citizen and anti-consumer STATE BAR OF ARIZONA at AZBar.org, nearly NINE months ago, TWO separate sworn, notarized, affidavits from Bank of America management (which is courtroom level evidence) proving beyond any doubt that Phoenix attorney and financial frauster EDWARD MALDONADO knowingly commited financial check-fraud on me, his former client and an Arizona consumer/citizen. The mission statement of the State Bar of Arizona includes protection of AZ citizens and consumers and protection of the reputation of the body of lawyers as a whole (from criminals like Maldonado). But when they fail to QUICKLY intervene and QUICKLY discipline a known, PROVEN, dishonest and criminal attorney, then they have failed to meet either of these mission mandates and should be shut down or overhauled. The State Bar of Ariziona has certainly lost the confidence of the public they are mandated to protect and as a consequence have failed to meet not-for-profit corporate charter test which gives them their tax-free status.in particular, I hold senior Bar counsel Roberta Tepper, who is know by staffers and lawyers who interface with her, as very, VERY slow.
Why hasn't the board or the Bar president fired her? Let's fire anti-consumer slacker Roberta Tepper and hire someone who has a real passion, a strong desire and actual competency to protect both the public and the collective reputation of AZ lawyers? Roberta Tepper has sat on this slam-dunk info and case for nine months, allowing crimal fraudster Maldonado to continue recruiting and suckering unaware and vulunerable clients and now he is representing the absolute most vulenerable population in AZ, indigent children!!! Imagine an evil criminal monster appointed by the court and paid by taxpayers to represent children without parents who do not have the capacity to know that the ethics and competenecy of Maldonado is ZERO and that they will be very poorly represented by him. Yes, Roberta Tepper and the State Bar of Arizona - you are both to blame for criminal Maldonado's continued unimpeded practice of law without any indication to anyone on your website that he has committed financial fraud and is a felon, that he has lied to and is curently under a nine-point charge-investigation by the Bar, or that he did not have insurance as he represented on your webiste last year when I and I am sure other victims hired him. Shame on you State Bar of Arizona!!! I suggest you guys spend a little less money on color magazines, plush-fancy offices and lavish conferences at five star resorts and more money and time on hiring the necessary staff to quickly discipline and remove every single bad attorney. That is your first job and responsibility!!!
