Did not recieve 25$gift card & my c.C. Was chared twice there is no such website

I ordereda"free trial offer"hydrodrem eye lotion iwas approached by another co. Valuplus about the phone. I stated used to do not need there providers, they'd previously billed my charge card, twice that we didn't provide them with or approve them to demand my c.C. I had been guaranteed a 25$ gift-card to wallmart&25$GASOLINE CARD. There isn't any such site &all i've recieved is facility chgs.
