I won a Ford Expedition through an auction on Ebay Motors. I followed all the instructions and wired my money. I received email confirmations from ebay (or what I thought was ebay) I was even able to track my deliver through a website for the trucking company. After not receiving my truck on the given delivery day I emailed the trucking company (TRL Trucking) and was told that my automoblie was on a trailer that had an accident and that they would follow up with me in a few days. After that I never could get on the trucking website or email the seller. When I reported it to Ebay Motors I was told that they did not have record of my transaction. I had to report it to the state police. After a short investigation they were able to find "Michael Price", the kid I wired money to. Michael told Police that he was paid to have the money wired to his grandmother's account and no longer had contact information. If I wanted to prosecute I would have to contact an attorney because he was out of state. I was already out $8,700 and still needed a car. It's now three (3) years later and I still have no recourse.
