Buyers beware of this company when you place an order with them online. I never received my shipment for product that I ordered and paid for through paypal.
I was told by Giselle that quote "it was your own decision to select a cheap untracked postal service when you placed your order." That is incorrect, because when you place an order online with this company, they do not give you a choice on how to ship your order.
The reason I never received my order was because of a typo in my zip code. I tried to rectify the situation by contacting the company and I end up communicating with Giselle (and she apparently has no last name, because she didn't disclose this to me in any of her correspondence), who informed me to check the post office where the package was shipped to. I did indeed do that, but because I did not have any way of tracing the package (due to the way the company Traditional Sounds of Samba LTD ships) there was no way to do this. I also tried to rectify the situation by contacting paypal, but they said I had to resolve the matter with Traditional Sounds of Samba LTD. When I did that, the seller wasn't too happy with me and informed me quote, "Had you checked with your post office before taking this action, and you had let us know that this had been unsuccessful, we would have been a great deal more sympathetic.instead you tried to force a paypall chargeback fine onto us without giving us any chance to sort this out first. I'm afraid you have exhausted our goodwill in this matter."
What would a normal person do if they did not get an order, they would try to get their money back by any means necessary! Giselle says that she would ship the package back to me should they receive it, but at this point, her word is as good as bad.
