These folks charge my banking account card twice for $14.99.

This occur after I buy gasoline at Gates Servicestation on 103rd Street in Jacksonville, Florida.

I told the Scam Division at Bank of America; the chance of the being truly a starting place for theses criminals.

They must be strung by their feet.
