I bought a "promotional package" from a guy who came to my work. When I called to schedule an appointment some of the services that the promotion offered were unavailable. I wanted my nails done and they no longer had a nail person. At first I was pretty annoyed by this, but they offered me a repeat service of a different kind that made up for it. Aside from the brief annoyance, it turned out pretty alright. I paid $50 for what probably would have been more than $250, so I guess can't really complain... Though my nails still aren't done...
