I saw the infomercial. I wear a 20w, so the first time I ordered a 18/20 but they were very tight in the legs. I returned them the same day and in less than two weeks I had a pair in 19/20, perfect fit. Some people said you have to order the shaper too even if you don't want it. No, when it asks in the drop down box for the shaper size, you can select "No Thanks" and you don't have to get it. Also, as for customer service. I, too, got tired of the run around in not talking to a real person, so I left a message with my number, and within two hours someone called me back. She was so nice, and told me when my return was received, and when the new size shipped. The next day i got them! I love wearing them. I love the way they wash. Everyone says I do look slimmmer in them. I feel good wearing them. I'm losing weight and am going to order each size as I go down the sizes. I love them. Yes, they are thinner than heavy denim. They don't add that bulk on the legs/hips though.
