In an effort to determine if they investigated claims made by their client's, I asked if they checked/verified the information that was filed on usacomplaints.com before they buried it. I have been waiting 4 weeks for a response... Translation-No, they DO NOT investigate the report... They just do their best to bury it. They don't care if their clients are criminals, they just want the money.
