Dr. William Davidson Sr. - Spanish lotterysweepstakes international program
Dr. William Davidson Sr./ Spanish lotterysweepstakes international program I was told I had won lottry and to contact Dr. Davidson to begin claim When i contacted him I was told to send 1580.00 Spain

I received a letter in the mail on February 27 telling me that I had won the Spanish lottery sweepstakes/International program and to contact Dr. William Davidson Sr. To begin my claim. The letter gave me a fax and phone number and an email adress for Dr. Davidson, I contacted Dr. Davidson and was told that I would need to send 1580.00 in order to have the check released and sent to me. I then sent to him 1580.00 by moneygram on March 8 and he emailed me a copy of the check. I was to recieve my check by certified mail on Thursday March 11. I received a call from Dr. Davidson Wednesday morning telling me that the bank sending the check had put a hold on it until the taxes were paid and that I would need to send 9,079.50 in order to lift the hold and recieve my check. I told him that I did not have that kind of money that I allready sent him everything I had. He told me to see if I could come up with it and call him back, I then called my bank thinking maybe they would loan it to me until I received my check. I was told by the loan officer that it sounded like a scam and that I should call an attorney and see if I could get it checked out, I then called an attorney here in town and he said to call the police and make a report that it was indeed a scam. I have called the police and I am suppose to go today and make a report. I decided to try to find out something on the computer about it and when I typed in the info I discovered other claims of fraud for the exact samr thing and for the exact same winning amount. Everything seemed so legit, I had a phone and fax number and email adress so I thought it couldnt be a scam if it were they wouldnt give me their info but I was wrong and now I feel so stupid not to mention I have given away every penny I have managed to save for me and my daughter.
