I feel that your rep was really rude, I was hung up on after I canceled my order without knowing if the order was canceled or not or who I had to get in touch with to cancel or if it had been canceled already so I decided to check my account and she had took out for the merchandise and then went back in and took out for shipping and handling snd I haven't gotten anything. I want my money back in my account.
