I purchase a replacement cell phone battery and waited for it to arrive for a few weeks. I got no response from the messages from West Side Cellulars voice mail or email. I then had to contact my credit card company for a charge reversal.
Then I received the item a week later. Needless to say I could not wait for a response from them for new battery so I purchased it else ware.
I called and emailed for a return authorization with no reply.
