Called P2P transport in mid September to set up a transfer of a car from Wisconsin to California and a motorcycle from California to Wiconsin. Told P2P representative that I wanted the car delivered on December 10-12. It was to be a surprise graduation gift for my daughter who was graduating from a California university. She would need the car to seek employment after graduation. I paid a $300.00 deposit ($150.00 per transport) and was told the remainder of the fees would be due when the vehicles were delivered. Then I waited for the transport to occur.in late November I noticed my credit card was charged $580.00 by P2P for transport of my motorcycle even though the transport had not taken place. I called P2P and asked them why they charged me before any shipment was made and the guy I spoke with said he would look into it and get back to me. I called several days later and the guy I spoke with didn't know anything about the early charge. After hanging up I contacted my credit card company to refute the P2P Transport charges and after I filed a written refute of the charges they credited my account. As of the end of December, no transport has been made and none of my many calls and e-mails I have made in December were returned. At two separate occasions I did make contact with an individual at P2P and was told I needed to speak with "So and So" who was (conveniently) not in at the time. I was transferred to each of their recording devices where I left a message and told each to call me. No one for the past two weeks has done so. Recently I called my credit card company and they agreed to credit ny intial deposit amounts from September. I have decided I will not do business with a company that is obviously incompetent and could care less about customer service. I hope they go out of business. Do NOT Do business with this P2P! You have been warned!!!
