The most of the obvious items work but the majority of the options do not work. No options to cancel and lodge a complaint. The site is worthless i.E. A ripoff!

Attempted to use the the web site Recordslogin.com only to discover that is was worthless. Could not access marriage certificates, military records etc... Manged to find to get the criminal records section to work very but limited information. I searched known areas to check for validity; however, each time I received no information with a suggestion to narrow my search. The site is worthless.
