Poor quality, poor service

My partner and that I purchased timber for the surfaces. We were spoken from the Bamboo floor we'd selected. We were informed the ground they suggested was significantly tougher and wouldn't dent. They informed us the spot went completely through to ensure that scores wouldn't be apparent. They informed us there is A - 20 year guarantee. Following a short time the surfaces turned damaged and used. They informed us they'd substitute a little part of the timber sections initial for $2000.00, then $1500, then $800.00. If we subsequently changed all of the floors, w/d they require it we'd subsequently spend the entire quantity of changing all of the floors! The store-manager Jum Fullwood was rude and unpleasant. He explained I actually donot understand how to clear surfaces and that's why they're awful. Atleast he acknowledges they appear horrible! Then he bent down, licked his hand and applied the ground and stated "view it is just "deposit" also it advances whenever you do that". I subsequently got a fabric and cleaned off his filthy hand smear and voila it had been exactly the same worn-out item which was there before. I'd not suggest that anybody purchase rug, hardwood or timber surfaces from Dolphin until they need equally poor quality and incredibly bad customer support. If that's the things they are searching for subsequently Dolphin is the location!
