Mr Frank Cain with Top-Notch Trucking, Inc signed on with us as an owner operator. We sent him decals, drug screen, insured him all at our costs than the first day he worked and accepted freight he cancels a load on us. It is obvious that people like this are only looking to damage others by wasting their time, money and effort and than cancelling freight at the last minute to cause harm to those people. This person wasted our time and money and we vbelieve everyone should know of him, email us if you have questions about details, we have signed lease agreements and everything on file. If you are not serious about working and making money like this guy than go play in a sand box dont waste other folks time and hard earned money.
