I paid my $1.99 and was charged 129.95 without any knowledge of this charge being put on my credit I've recieved nothing from the company. Isn't that stealing?

My complaint is the same as everyone elses. I paid my $1.99 and got nothing for it. Isn't that considered stealing? Except they legalized it by putting in their terms of agreement about being charged after 3 days. I never recieved anything. I never authorized them to put anymore than $1.99 on my card and I didn't get anything for that either. When I went to their website all I found was consumer complaintss. I want my $129.00 back. I need that money for Christmas. I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore. Why would Google not sue them for using their name and logo? Isn't that illegal.
