Arthur basically charges models who wish to start a portfolio a bunch of money for some pictures, these poor models have no idea that they can work start out at agencies without paying a penny if they qualify! Not to mention that there are many great photographers out there that would love to shoot free with these kinds of models to benefit both portfolios!!! Anyhow the second part of the rip off is worse! He looks for makeup artists, hair stylists, camera assistants, etc, that are still building their portfolios, so will work for exchange of pictures and a small kit fee no more than 25 dollars or nothing at all! He will have all these makeup artists, hair stylists, and assistants work 12 hours or more, paying them nothing at all! Then go back and charge the model for "hiring hair stylists, makeup artists and assistants" that he is not even paying! And he will charge the model hundreds of dollars, and pocket it!!! He has a very filthy attitude with everyone as well! He yells at people and talks them down like they are his servants even though he's the one working for them!!!
