I leased a truck to this company in July. They were to run the truck and provide a driver.in return I was to receive 60% of load revenue.
In 12 weeks I was paid a total of just over $600, watched the truck go thru 5 drivers and listened to numerous excuses as to why I was not receiving payments or accounting of truck activity.
At this time I am owed over $10,000. I am still trying to get a final accounting from them. As yet I have gotten nothing. No check, no receipts, no accounting.
