I have started this thread to see how many people have been conned by Shaun Edward Lee owner of Element Service Inc. And to help people AVOID this monster and not deal with him in any capacity unless you want to get burned.
His contractors license #858976 is now expired but has been revoked for failure to comply to civil judgements, resolve outstanding bond payoff and many other complaints filed against him by clients, employees and other civilians that had the horror of meeting him and him sucking the life out of people by way of stealing their money.
Their are countless of suits filed against this individual in the Torrance courts in CA. He has since moved to Cummings GA and his latest Con is to convince people he has a big secrete investment that if your lucky enough to get involved he will make you allot of money.in reality, he takes your money and never see a dime.
He has also been passing bad checks to buy anything he can including jet skies, boats and cars, although, some people are not as dumb as he thinks. All his vehicles have been repossessed and he finds unsuspecting people to use their credit so he can do what he wants.
His con while living in CA was that he had a HVAC company that was going to merge with a made up company called Utilisource. He would get people to invest in his company and once he went public they would make money. Well it was all a lie and many people lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.in another occation he acted as a broker for a boat company. He stole close to $300K but was eventually sued, lost and had to paid back most of the money which he stole from someone else.
He would also, sell vehicle with liens on them promising to make the payoff after receiving payment in full of unsuspecting people and eventually the vehicles would be repossessed because he never paid a dime on the vehicle he would sell. Again, he was taken to court for that and lost. Only to have another huge judgement against him. Of course he is on the run and not paying anyone back.
Their have been many blogs about him but he has complained about being exposed and running the risk of his current con finding him out, so he would have the blog removed. Since this site does not do that, this is the perfect form for anyone with any negative dealings with this person/monster to tell our community and warn people of this scum bag, fraud.
I am confident that many people will join this fight to put an end to his cons and we the people will not forget the pain Shaun Edward Lee has put us through. I invite everyone to join forces and expose Shaun Edward Lee and look forward to justice being served and hope we can get the word out in time to other people so they do not have to pay for believing anything Shaun Edward lee says. Because everything he says is a lie.
