Rebecca Angoua representing Hisis Apparel International inquired about purchasing wholesale from our company in september... After numerous emails and her reviewing our lookbook and linesheets she put in her order... No red flags came up as we have international interest in our product... We have opened numerous new accounts and ship internationally all of the time... She gave us her creditcard number and billing address to process the sale and secure the shipment... The creditcard was approved... No red flags... I processed her shipping address with the us post office... Again address confirmed... No red flags... Not until we received a letter from our creditcard processing company intuit that there was a problem with the transaction... We sent copies of the transaction still not knowing this was fraud... Not until we received a chargeback from the issuing bank that happen to be a military bank... We have called and reported this to all parties... All banks... The creditcard processing company... Rebecca angoua... Looks like no one stands behind us... And we just ate a $4000.00 loss...
