I've today worked for morrionis to get a period of time today and also have but still am struggling with bulling and intiadation I'm not alone to endure this treatment dished out from the evening supervisor Gwyn Jones and believe this intimidation isn't limeted to 1 shop (newtown powys wales) it's company-wide I'm being continuously got in The supervisor attempts to change might work friends agaisnt me by trying e encourage them to create claims against me. On my first night he explained I had been a wase of room so when i went trough the dorr togo house to not return like I-say I'm not alone to be always a target of the I view it constantly I've been trough the co-pay methods of criticism but nothing is actually completed to solve this in one single occasion I recall Gwyn had upset a woman performing there anyhow she wound up in holes and went outside (it had been close to the end-of her change) to her father who had been waitng to get her house, it aws that poor tnat her dad joined the shop to comfront Gwyn the daddy almost struck gwyn as he was annoyed along with a nother supervisor needed to intervine to calm the situation. ONne employee who had been also being bullied got unfairly ignored for anything they'd not completed but appealed and got thier work back the appael unearthed that morrisos had no proof to guarantee dissmisal. The point that anouys me probably the most about everybody knows what's happening but are reluctant to complete or state something because they are fearfull tey would be the next types to obtain bullied as well as in this present environment of downturn no-one can manage to become without having employment.
