I requested air duct cleaning and furnace check up from Houndstooth. They sent over two guys who came in and did a poor job (still blockage in vents and dusty) I paid too much money for this. I had two other companies come and inspect the job as well as my gas company. All inspections were negative. I called Houndstooth to tell them I need them to come finish the job. The guys who did the job called me asking me why I think they should come back (that was how the question was phrased and with attitude). I told them of the inspections and they said they would come. This is several months later and no one has arrived. No resolution. Not even a phone call from the company asking if their technicians took care of anything. Poor service. Unprofessional
